Why should I work with a staffing agency when I can apply directly with an employer?
In many circumstances it is more efficient for an employer to contact a trusted staffing agency with an open position than attempting to fill it themselves through advertisement, job boards, etc. For many open positions, only the employer and the agency know they exist.
What will it cost me to work with Best Medical Resources?
There is never any charge to the candidate.
Can you guarantee that I will be offered a position?
While we cannot guarantee that you are offered a position, we will guarantee that we will do our best to present your resume to the best employers.
Do I need a Job Resume?

Can you find a job for me in any particular city?
Best Medical Resources has available positions nationwide in a variety of settings and modalities. Facility needs change on a daily basis and if you don’t see the ideal location for you, contact your Placement Consultant and he/she will work for you to find the position you are looking for.
Where are most of your openings?
We offer positions from coast-to-coast. From Maine to California, Alaska to Florida, our goal is to find you the right assignment of your choice. We will provide information about the area, activities, etc., so you can make an informed decision. We don’t believe in “selling” you into a position. We believe in becoming a partner in your career.
If I enjoy my assignment, would I be able to become a permanent employee of the facility?
Depending on your work performance, you will have the option to go permanent. This is when your Placement Consultant will switch roles and help you negotiate the best benefits package available.
Do I need a license for each state as a Healthcare Professional?
Each state has different requirements when it comes to specific positions. Please refer to our Candidate Resources page for helpful links.
Am I obligated to take a job with Best Medical Resources if I fill out an application?
No, not at all. Submitting a resume is only a tool which allows us to learn about your skills, experience and preferences for assignments. This way we can begin matching you with our available jobs.
Do you sponsor candidates?
Unfortunatley, none of our clients are doing any sponsorship this year.
